Terms and Conditions


mySmartCoke™ Loyalty Programme is a customer recognition programme offered by The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited to customers who have placed orders for Coca-Cola products online via the mySmartCoke™ Web. The Terms and Conditions are set forth herein.

1. Minimum age to register as a mySmartCoke™ member is 18 years and registration is complimentary for every individual.


2. Member benefits and status is limited to such individual and not transferable to another person.


3. TCCBC reserves the right to amend loyalty benefits and modify Terms and Conditions at any time.


4. TCCBC reserves the right to terminate the loyalty programme with or without a reason and members will be communicated to accordingly.


5. TCCBC has the right to terminate accounts that are inactive. A member account is deemed inactive if: There has not being any transactions in a year


Membership status is based on the number of orders placed in a year. The more frequent you place an order on mySmartCoke™, the more you earn points and benefits.

· Entry level is Gold status where a member accrues points after a maximum of 5-9 orders a year. Platinum membership status is between 10 – 29 Orders. And Black membership status is 30+ orders that particular year.


· After achieving Platinum Membership or Black Membership status, if, in the next succeeding calendar year, the Member again meets the applicable minimum Qualifying requirements, then the Member will remain at such membership level for the following calendar year.  If, however, in the next succeeding calendar year, the Member does not meet the applicable minimum Qualifying requirements to remain at such membership level, then the Member will be downgraded to the respective membership level at the end of such calendar year.
